Harbin Imperial Lake

Harbin Imperial Lake is the interior design of a sales center covering 1100 square meters. The layout follows the crescent moon shape of the building, and the reception desk and the water bar are joined into one long curve. A warm wood wall with scale patterns recalls fish leaping on a lake. Large windows open the rooms to the surrounding landscape. Natural wood veneer, cane, water-based art coating, stone, metal and glass mirror form a simple material palette. The interior is intended to offer visitors a calm and natural atmosphere.

City Villa

City Villa is a sales center interior located in Lishui, with an area of 568 square meters. The design responds to the local natural landscape and the cultural heritage of the area. Dark and gray stone, intersecting lines and metal blocks create a modern oriental mood. Rock slabs with a strong texture cover much of the floor and recall the local impression of mountain and stone. Chinese black marble with different surface treatments highlights the texture of the walls. Wood veneer, handmade corrugated metal bars and translucent stone complete the space.

Park Lane Complex is a sales center in Guangzhou, China, with an area of 2164 square meters. The interior joins traditional courtyards with Western-style buildings and a pedestrian arcade to improve circulation. A central courtyard spans both floors and connects them visually. The second-floor entrance follows a square loop layout that works as a welcome area and a display space. Red travertine adds warmth and texture to the neutral interior. Haimen Vanke Jadeite is a sales center in Haimen, Jiangsu Province, China. The interior covers 2000 square meters and uses the large-span, high-ceiling character of the building. The layout follows the traditional courtyard plan and refers to the local history of the sea gate. A marble coffee table and soft seating form a relaxed lounge area, while blue tones recall the fishing life of the region. Pengzhanhui Square is a sales center of 600 square meters located in Shenzhen, China. The moon, a long-standing Chinese symbol of love and reunion, is the theme of the interior. The design connects this classical image with a contemporary lifestyle. Terrazzo, gradient glass, interlocking boards and wood finishes are used to create a calm atmosphere in light colors. In the model area, wooden grilles cross vertically and horizontally to link people with nature. Light beams under the slanted ceiling shape a pure and elegant space.

Platinum Counyard

Minmetals Platinum Courtyard is a sales center interior located in Yingkou, China. The design takes the courtyard as its starting point and links natural scenery with the internal space. Four themed areas refer to the traditional arts of the zither, chess, calligraphy and painting. Traditional ink paintings, paper umbrellas, lanterns, relief work and bronze figures are used as decoration. A large bird shaped chandelier is formed from 128 round glass pieces joined with copper wire. Gray toned colors give the interior a calm and quiet character.

The Unconventional Waltz is the interior design of a real estate sales center set in a long and narrow commercial space of 622.9 square meters. Curved walls, ceilings and hallways are finished with wood veneers, and the round reception counter combines Apollo grey marble with wire brushed veneers. Mirror columns and metal tassels reduce the oppressive feeling of the narrow plan, while pendant lamps form a window display. The curved forms soften the structural beams and create a smooth, relaxing and fashionable environment.

Huahao Group Jinyu is a sales center located in Changsha, China, covering about 1218 square meters. The interior combines straight lines and curves, and mixes rectangular and cylindrical forms. Greenland Group Zhenshui Town is a sales center located in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China. The interior covers 5200 square meters and draws on the regional culture of the Central Plains. The spatial structure extracts elements of Chinese mortise and tenon joints, screens and grilles, which are deconstructed and reorganized in a contemporary way. Be Fly Utopia

Be Fly Utopia is a sales center located in Chongqing, China, covering 225 square meters. The design combines a coffee shop, a library and a life experience hall within one interior. The first floor holds the coffee area, with 300 by 1200 millimeter gray floor tiles and a counter finished in neutral gray bricks. The staircase, bookcase and bar use light wood tones. A tall bookcase rises beside the stairs to the second floor. The ceiling of the negotiation area follows the original sloped roof and uses two folding plates. The intent is a warm and natural space for the future community.
