Yun Chi Gu
Yun Chi Gu Xing Jiang is a resort interior design located on the Karajun Grassland. The project covers 1,456 square metres and combines nomadic heritage with modern comfort. Existing timber structures are preserved through a non-intrusive approach. Geometry from Bagua City and motifs from the Kizil Grottoes murals are translated into bespoke interior elements. Twenty-five luxury tents in eight styles use floor-to-ceiling glazing to frame the alpine scenery. Local textures and woven lighting and furniture support a calm retreat.
Yun Chi Gu Wild Luxury Resort by Jing Liu was identified as a grand example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Yun Chi Gu Wild Luxury Resort earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2026. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design prize that celebrates superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
