Sense of Home
This residential interior design was developed to enhance spatial continuity within a compact open plan layout that integrates kitchen, dining, and living areas. Custom millwork and continuous material applications were used to define functional zones without physical separation, supporting unobstructed circulation and visual interaction. Linear lighting elements reinforce spatial hierarchy while maintaining material cohesion across the domestic environment. The resulting configuration balances functional efficiency with visual clarity, promoting comfort and adaptability in everyday use.
Sense of Home Residential Interior by Nathália Cristina de Souza Vilela Telis was selected as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Sense of Home Residential Interior was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2026. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program that honors outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
