Golden Fortress
Golden Fortress is the common area interior of a residential building in Taiwan. The design area covers 600 square meters within a base of 2,600 square meters, serving 15 floors and 100 residential units. The elevator lobby is placed at the center of the layout, and a garden is located at the rear. Large windows admit natural light and open views toward the garden. Natural wood veneer gives the surfaces a warm texture. Furniture arrangement defines the family room, the fitness center and the lounge without fixed partitions, so the plan stays open and suits all age groups.
Golden Fortress Common Area by HOYUN interior design LTD. was recognized as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Golden Fortress Common Area received the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2026. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition which honors outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
