Elegant Serenity
Elegant Serenity is a residential interior design in Taipei City, Taiwan, covering 1,025.68 square feet. The layout follows daily routines and flows from public areas to private ones. A mirrored circular ceiling acts as a visual anchor and reflects everyday life below. The ceiling was mounted on a custom metal frame and suspension system to ensure flatness and stability. In the dining area, a dark stone island, a cylindrical metal leg and a marble tabletop form one sculptural composition. Light, texture and proportion bring warmth to the calm, minimal home.
Elegant Serenity Residential House by Jian You Jhe was highlighted as a grand illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition.
