Scotiabank
Scotiabank is a corporate interior design for an office of 12,000 square meters in Mexico City. The layout uses open spaces to create a calm and orderly working atmosphere. Marble, glass, wood, carpets and furniture are combined to define the different areas. Warm colors dominate, while bright tones on walls, columns and carpets reinforce the corporate identity. Natural light and greenery support the well-being of employees. Teamwork areas encourage collaboration and interaction. The design also follows sustainable criteria, including low energy consumption and standardized materials.
Scotiabank Corporate Interior by Juan Carlos Baumgartner was selected as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Scotiabank Corporate Interior earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design accolade that celebrates superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
