Fluid Rhythm
Fluid Rhythm is a design studio interior that also works as a showroom. The space covers 148.5 square meters across two floors. The first floor holds a reception area, storage and guest facilities. The second floor holds the main workspace, a kitchen and a lounge. Curved surfaces flow from the walls to the ceilings, and embedded light sensors respond to movement. Materials include titanium oxide metal, optical acrylic and low carbon composite stone. Selected surfaces are left unfinished so that different techniques and finishes can be compared.
Fluid Rhythm Design Studio by Yin Ching Cho was highlighted as a creative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Fluid Rhythm Design Studio was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition that recognizes superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
