Peach Blossom
Peach Blossom is a residential interior for retirement living, completed in Taiwan in 2021. The home covers 109 square meters and contains four bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and two bathrooms. The living room has a mountain-shaped ceiling and a peony installation made from four materials and more than seventy panels, hand-assembled in thirteen layers. The dining area wall combines thin tiles with gold-leaf sconces. Marble, granite, cypress wood, mirrors and titanium gold finishes are used throughout. The kitchen was enlarged for easier daily cooking.
Peach Blossom Residence by Wan-Ting Hung has been highlighted as a creative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Peach Blossom Residence was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design prize which rewards exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
