Seascape Haven
Sanctuary is a residential interior design for a duplex home in Tainan, Taiwan, covering 819.83 square meters. The layout places a single unit on each floor and opens the plan toward the surrounding ocean view. Large windows bring in natural light and support ventilation. A spiral staircase with a gold hollow railing connects the two levels and forms the central feature. Natural materials, soft colors and simple lines define each area without heavy decoration. The design also softens the visual effect of the vertical beam structure of the duplex.
Seascape Haven Residential by LI WEN CHANG was featured as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition.
