IQI Global HQ
Iqi Global Headquarters is an office interior design covering 38,000 square feet across three floors in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The workspace serves a global technology-driven real estate agency and accommodates 350 employees. Phone pods, co-working areas, cafes and meeting rooms support varied working needs. The 26th floor is open to the public, the 27th floor holds subsidiaries and hot-desking areas, and the 28th floor serves management teams. Smart thermostats, lighting controls and an online room booking system support energy efficiency.
IQI Global HQ Office Space by IQI Concept was recognized as an exceptional illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. IQI Global HQ Office Space won the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design competition which recognizes superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
