Merry Individual Habitats

Merry Individual Habitats is a residential interior design for a home of 136 square meters shared by a couple. The plan is divided into two thirds shared space and one third private space. Two bedrooms are placed at the quiet rear and are separated by a dressing room, and both are reached through a hallway, so each occupant can move in and out without disturbing the other. A folding door in the study forms a temporary glass room for phone meetings. Light and natural wood tones create a calm atmosphere.

Merry Individual Habitats Residential Space by Lo Hsiao-Li was recognized as an exceptional illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award.
