Heart Motivation
Heart Motivation is a residential interior design for an 85 square meter home. The entrance uses a curved walking line to improve safety. An open study is filled with light and can be closed by a sliding door for privacy. A lift-up cabinet hides a storage bed, so the study can be changed into a guest room. The dining area uses a soft Morandi color palette to create a calm atmosphere for family gatherings. The master bedroom continues the same soft colors, with a pink grille that balances light and a glass display cabinet that reduces the weight of the storage units at the end of the bed.
Heart Motivation Residential House by Chung Yi Chun was featured as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Heart Motivation Residential House earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade which celebrates excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
