Timeless
Timeless is the interior design of a 165.2 square meter apartment on the sixteenth floor of a residential building in Taiwan. Rounded lines and arcs connect the different areas of the home. The public area uses gray and blue tones, with marble, crystal chandeliers, European-style trims and titanium-plated metal. The private area uses gray and purple tones for a calm and romantic mood. A corridor links both areas and is lit by induction lighting that brightens slowly as people pass. A tea area and a dressing room were added for the residents.
Timeless Residential by Kan-Shih Lee was identified as a creative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Timeless Residential received the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design accolade that celebrates outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
