Dibao
Xiaoshan is a residential interior design for a private single-story home of 380 square meters. Bionic organic curves soften the boundaries of the main hall, so the living areas flow into one another. The curved ceiling is combined with air conditioning outlets and wall lights to suggest movement through the space. Materials include shadow wood veneer, hairline bronze stainless steel, brown marble and artistic hand-scraped paint. The curved ceilings and the paint textures were shaped by hand on site. The design presents the beauty of natural forms, textures and light.
Dibao Residential by Lin Huang Ming has been selected as an innovative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Dibao Residential won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design competition which honors excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
