Unilever Homebase
Unilever Homebase is an office interior located in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. The workplace covers 9000 square meters and applies an activity-based working model. The number of fixed desks is reduced and a variety of work settings is added, including open meeting spaces and private zones. A central hub joins the cafeteria with a large open discussion area across three floors, connected by a void that brings in natural light. The design concept, named Funky Town, reflects the brand stories of the company. An old building was transformed to host 1000 staff instead of 800.
Unilever Homebase Office by ADP Group was selected as a grand illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Unilever Homebase Office received the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design recognition program which rewards exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
