Fantasia Luwan 68
Fantasia Luwan 68 is an apartment interior design in Shanghai, with an area of 140 square metres. The apartment stands in the Luwan District, an area known for Shikumen architecture and Western Baroque buildings. The design refers to local Shanghai culture and aims to bring comfort and warmth through wooden panels and white leather. The dividing wall between the living room and the kitchen was removed to create a single wider space. Partitions between the study, kitchen, dining room and terrace were also removed, so movement through the home is continuous.
Fantasia Luwan 68 Apartment by Kris Lin was featured as a creative example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Fantasia Luwan 68 Apartment won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021.
